Help! Name these shoes!!!

Obviously I just came from watching Confessions of a Shopaholic with my girlfriends. It's so different from the book but for a self-confessed shopaholic, the whole movie is a fashion show! Every item is an eye candy for me!

Well, anyway... need help identifying these shoes from two scenes in the movie. Please! Help!

    my friends were laughing at me kse i was more kilig with the shopping scenes than with the lovey dovey scenes!
